Finishing and furnishing:

The residential building structure is built of reinforced concrete and Ytong bricks. The outer walls of the buildings are insulated with 5 cm thermo insulation; on top of it there is silicone stucco. The inner walls are covered by plasterboard covering/insulation. Fire-alarm detectors will be installed.

Level of readiness of the apartments:

entrance hall:

  • floor – laminated parquet
  • walls – latex painted
  • ceiling – latex painted

bathroom:

  • floor – terracotta tiles
  • walls – faience tiles to the ceiling
  • ceiling – suspended
  • sanitary equipment – a lavatory pan,
    wash-basin with taps, bath tub with shower

living room / bedroom:

Upon client's request we provide furniture pack at the price of 50 Euros per square meter. A sample list of the furnishings in 1 bedroom apartment:

Kitchen:

  • upper and lower cupboards, sink, taps
  • el.devices – middle class refrigerator, electric built-in hob
    with 2 plates, extractor fan, microwave oven

Living room (anteroom + balcony):

  • one dining table, four chairs
  • 2-seats extensible sofa, one armchair
  • one coffee table
  • TV cabinet
  • suitcase rack / wall hooks
  • plastic table for the balcony
  • two plastic chairs

Bedroom:

  • two beds, two mattresses, head board
  • two bedside cabinets
  • 2- section wardrobe
  • one dresser with mirror
  • one chair
