Terms and conditions of sale:

Reservation deposit:

• Villas, apartments, family houses – 1000 euros
• Penthouses – 1500 euros
• VIP-Villas – 2000 euros

Payment schedule:

• 30% - when signing the preliminary contract
• 50% - upon completion of the rough structure– obtaining Act form 14
• 20% - when the title deed is signed

Price per 1 sq.m.:

• One-family houses and villas – 1000 euros/sq.m.
• VIP villas – 2000 euros/sq.m.
• Penthouses – 1500 euros/sq.m.
• 1-bedroom apartments – 1000 euros/sq.m
• Studio from 845 euros/sq.m to 995 euros/sq.m.

The price includes the air conditioners and the pools in the VIP villas. In exchange for additional payment, there can be built fireplaces, Jacuzzis and private pools in the villas, and the plots can be landscaped. The hedge-rows of the plots are free.

Maintenance costs:

• Studio – 300 euros per annum
• one bedroom apartments – 550 Euros per annum
• two bedroom apartments – 750 Euros per annum
• Townhouses – 800 Euros per annum
• Villas – 900 Euros per annum

Price of the land around the houses:

100 euros/ sq.m. (the ownership of the land is ensured by means of a notary deed of perpetual use). The land under the building is included in its value. The platform around the one-family houses is free.

Discounts and special conditions:

• If a client reserves an apartment before a building permit is obtained, they shall be granted a 5% discount of the value.
• Further, a 10% discount shall be granted to clients upon payment of 100% of the price.
• In case a discount is granted, the deposit will be 2 000 euros.
