Completion deadlines:

  • Obtaining a building permit– April 2009
  • Commencement of construction – May 2009
  • 1-st stage – June 2010
  • 2-nd stage – June 2011
  • Deadline for completion of the complex – June 2011

The 1st stage includes the construction of:

  • Apartment hotel – sections А, B
  • Townhouses – from 1 to 44
  • Villas – from 1 to 20
  • VIP Villas

The 2nd stage includes the construction of:

  • Apartment hotel – sections C, D -
  • Townhouses – from 45 to 76
  • Villas – from 21 to 40
