General Information:

Orange County is a new prestigious seaside village, located on the side of the mountain massif which towers over the Sunny Beach and St. Vlas Resorts, and has a magnificent view of the bay. Orange County offers its owners the opportunity to have a holiday away from the noisy tourist center, in the unique recreational and inspiring environment of the complex. The prestigious Orange County complex is located in the area “Yurta/ the Balkan”. It is less than two kilometers away from the seaside resorts Sunny Beach – the Bulgarian pearl, a paradise where the atmosphere is always joyful, and St. Vlas with its spectacular views of the Old Town of Nesebar and the golden beaches.

The Orange County complex, situated over an area of 40 000 sq.m., next to an oak forest, includes:

Apartment hotel class de luxe with a total area of 15000 sq.m. consisting of boutique apartments and penthouses with a stunning view of the Burgas Bay, as well as leisure, sports and medical facilities. The apartment hotel has an elegant restaurant which offers dishes of the European, Russian and Bulgarian cuisine, an excellent SPA which is intended to make your vacation utterly healing and strengthening.

Palm Alley County – a region which is one of the most picturesque places in the village and includes more than 70 one-family houses, situated along a long palm alley, the walk along which will bring you true pleasure in the cool summer nights. Some of the houses have a view of the lake which reflects the lights of the apartment hotel, built in Mediterranean style.

Green Valley County – a region in which there are situated 40 villas having their own plots and 5 VIP villas with pools and gardens, rendering the feeling of seclusion and space, surrounded by an oak forest and having a wonderful sea view. The project provides for two types of villas to be constructed: Villa Amelie – 315 sq. m. and Villa Beatrice – 180 sq. m.. All VIP villas have a garden, their own pool and other elements which create the feeling of coziness and pleasure of the magnificent panoramic views of the green hills, the sea and the golden beaches of Sunny Beach and St. Vlas. All apartments and villas in the complex, owing to the fact that they are located on a hill, have a view of the sea.

The mandatory feature of the villas – the fireplace – will contribute to the incomparable coziness and romance against the background of the sea.
