The price of the property includes:
The property in real parts /independent site/ and its adjacent ideal parts of the building. The sales and the reservations of the sites are published in the Internet site www.vg-develpoments.com, and the clients and the commissioners are considered informed about the new circumstances. The clients and the commissioners may carry out reservations /a promise for a future purchase/ of properties in the complex for a period of one calendar month – during this period the Seller may not offer to third parties the property in question. The reservation fee is included in the property price.

Terms of payment:

The properties are to be sold under the following flexible payment scheme, there is an option that an individual payment plan is made for each particular client:

A) 1000 Euros reservation fee – in the moment of reservation;
B) 10 % or 20 % of the sale price – upon signing of a preliminary sale agreement, within one calendar month from the payment of the reservation fee;
C) the remaining 80% / 90 % can be paid in as many installments as the buyer prefers, until the transfer of ownership.

The buyer can set the number of the installments, the dates and the amounts himself. However in this case we request that the last installment is no bigger than 15%; at the transfer of ownership.

All the necessary assistance in case of payment with bank loan is provided.
